Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation (Up to 24 Hours Before)

If your travel plans change or flights get rescheduled, you can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time by notifying us on WhatsApp or Phone at +91 6287168644.

2. Cancellations within 24 Hours

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled vehicle delivery, a nominal 1-day rental fee or advance token adjustment may apply to cover vehicle staging and transport costs.

3. Security Deposit Refunds

Refundable security deposits are settled immediately via UPI or Cash at the moment of vehicle inspection and key handover upon conclusion of your rental.
