1. Lawful Vehicle Usage
The renter agrees that vehicles will only be driven by the registered driver holding a valid driving licence. Using vehicles for illegal activities, street racing, towing, commercial sub-leasing, or beach driving is strictly prohibited.
2. Geographic Limits
All vehicles are registered for driving within the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Goa unless inter-state permits are explicitly arranged and endorsed in writing prior to trip commencement.
3. Traffic Fines & Challans
Any electronic traffic challans, speed camera penalties, or parking fines incurred during the active rental period are the direct financial responsibility of the renter.
